Isomag Bearing Isolators Extend Bearing Life in Beloit DD4000 Refiner

WestRock Paper in Demopolis, Alabama, was in need of a better bearing protection solution for their Beloit DD4000 paper refiner. Paper refiners are critical in creating uniform paper fibers before being sent off to the paper machine for production. The maintenance team had the Beloit refiner's bearing housing in a flooded condition, and wanted to maintain that, but they needed to replace the lip seals with a bearing seal that could withstand the test of time.
